My wife and I have struggled with our weight for for over 20 years.  I began body building in 92' at a weight of 135 lbs.  After i blew out my left knee in 05' i had to cut back on my workouts to compensate for the pain.  This led me to getting up close to 300 lbs, although we still continued to exercise; it just wasn't enough.  We did our best to eat right and work out.  We tried every diet fad out there.  Weight Watchers, Advocare, Herbalife, Military Diet, Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc...;

we tried them all with little success.  

We came across the 5&1 plan and made a decision to "Give it a Try", and we are sooooo.... glad we did.  I personally lost 45 lbs in a little over 6 weeks.  My wife has lost 25.  We aren't done yet!  I still plan to lose another 5 and my wife 25 so far.  In just a few short weeks we will have jointly lost 100 lbs. and we will continue to stay on plan to keep it off!
